3. Booking and Scheduling

All service requests are subject to availability. Submitting a booking request does not guarantee service until confirmed by our team. We will contact you within 24 hours to confirm your booking.

3.2 Access to Property

You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to your property for our cleaning team. This includes providing any necessary keys, codes, or access instructions.

3.3 Preparation

We recommend securing valuables, removing fragile items from surfaces to be cleaned, and ensuring pets are secured during service.

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1 Quotes and Estimates

Prices displayed on our website are estimates. Final pricing may vary based on the actual condition of the space, square footage verification, and additional requests made on-site.

4.2 Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed. We accept major credit cards and electronic payments through our secure payment processor (Stripe).

4.3 Discounts

Frequency discounts (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly) apply to recurring services only. Cancellation of recurring service may affect previously applied discounts.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • 48+ hours notice: No cancellation fee
  • 24-48 hours notice: 25% cancellation fee
  • Less than 24 hours: 50% cancellation fee
  • No-show or same-day: Full service charge may apply

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

We are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion. We will return to address any concerns at no additional charge.

We are not liable for:
